Appearance: Pale amber, resembling apple juice. Nose: Crème brûlée is accurate, followed by oak, pecan, then tropical fruit - mango and papaya with a whisper of watermelon and salt. Palate: Sweet caramel, butterscotch, toffee, with many pronounced bourbon characteristics. Finish: Smooth and extended. Warm spices, caramelized banana, and vanilla linger for a while.
A subtle aroma initially. Marshmallow, confectioners' sugar, very little spice. A juicy texture with intense and deeply satisfying fruit! A long but one-dimensional finish. Velvety smooth at the end.
Lost for words - simply fantastic.
