The aroma presents a bit aggressively. It’s certainly peppery. The palate is unremarkable, concluding with an unpleasant raw woodiness. Its saving grace is that it’s smooth to drink and doesn’t have a lengthy aftertaste like low-quality spirits.
Smells of honey, vanilla, and alcohol. Tastes of oak, tobacco, and honey. The finish provides a warm embrace and a tannic sensation.
Prominent oak character. The high alcohol content is noticeable, yet it drinks wonderfully.
Excellent flavor, high alcohol content. Fantastic bottle.
