About this bottle
The Penderyn Distillery, established in 2000 as a whisky producer, introduced Brecon Gin to generate revenue while its whisky matured. Named after the Brecon Mountains and Beacon National Park where the distillery is located, this gin is crafted from a malted barley base spirit. Ten botanicals—juniper berries, orange peel, cassia bark, licorice root, cinnamon bark, angelica root, ground nutmeg, coriander seed, lemon peel, and orris root—are added before bottling at 40% ABV.
