The nose is a musty floral/spearmint and isn’t very hot. The taste is very minty with some spice and has a bit more heat numbing the roof of my mouth. Not a lot of classic sweet oak bourbon taste (maybe a sign that it’s a younger bourbon) but still very pleasant and complex taste. I’d imagine it would be great in a mint mixed drink.

An easy-drinking one. Very floral on the palate (rose). Made with 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley. It's a small distillery, but they produce a good product. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Well done.
Tasted at the distillery. People were quite lively. Enjoyable beverages.
Smooth and sweet, with notes of apricot and vanilla alongside spice. A citrus and woody finish.
