It makes me think of Balcones Baby Blue. Smells like tequila. Tastes like a sweet tequila. It's young. I detect a hint of whiskey flavor, but the aroma and taste are so strongly tequila-like that I'm not sure what else to describe. It's certainly not bad, but I'm not sure it's my favorite. I feel like when I'm in the mood for whiskey, I'm seeking whiskey, not tequila...

First time trying blue corn bourbon. It's fairly unique and enjoyable. Offers a different kind of sweetness. I'm eager to sample more blue corn varieties.
