Bluebird Distilling Winter Whiskey

The nose is very wheaty with a hint of baking spices. The palate is heavy on maple with stronger baking spices and a nice bit of heat. The finish is smooth with lingering maple. I would not use this in an old fashioned, but it is a great bourbon for sipping.
