Nose suggests grain, immature. Taste - corn, abundant. Young, with some unripened fruit. I wish it had spent more time aging in the barrel. Decent, not poor. I would consume it again but would not purchase the bottle.

Dried fruit at first. Lingering winter spices, vanilla hints. It reminds me of some Colorado whiskeys with similar mash compositions.
Day 1 of the Advent calendar. Smells like corn and chocolate, with hints of leather. No alcohol burn on the nose. Tastes of caramel and nuts.
Deep, gorgeous hue. Nose is quite fruity. Lingering vanilla on the palate. Smooth initial taste. A hint of cinnamon.
Smooth, rich corn sweetness with a little tang.
Fiery and bold
