An elegant Agave Spirit made in stainless steel and aged for 3 years and 1 day in used Jack Daniels barrels at Integradora San Agustin [NOM 1547] in Jalisco, Mexico. It starts with aromas of baked agave, fruits, wood, herbs & spices. The middle has herbal notes with plum, olive, honey & peppermint. It finishes quickly and balanced with pepper, oak, vanilla, sour mash whiskey & smoke. August 2023
