About this bottle
Black Dirt Bourbon Batch #7, introduced in August 2015, was made in upstate New York from a mash bill comprising 80% Black Dirt-grown corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. It was aged for at least 3 years in new, charred American oak barrels with a level 3 char before being bottled at 45% ABV.
