This distinctive bourbon whiskey displays a khaki gold hue with moderately thin, watery legs descending the glass. The nose is generally sweet and full, starting with ethanol, then revealing notes of candied pecans, maple syrup, dusty corn, vanilla, malt, milk chocolate, fruity candy, and BBQ smoke. The palate has a watery texture, with flavors of caramel, a stalk of straw in your mouth, Twizzler candy, and syrupy cherry. The finish is initially mild and lingering, but becomes harsh if allowed to open up for too long. This bourbon is crafted by friends, the master distiller and master chef, Victor Matthews and his team in Green Mountain Falls, CO. It is a valuable addition to their collection, and I endorse it! Good people and fine spirits! My thanks to my friends! Cheers!

A bit sugary. I'm not really sure how something can be both Irish style and bourbon. It feels somewhat conflicting. It's not terrible, has some apple notes, but it's sweet and somewhat empty.
