I really enjoy Bittermens Amère Nouvelle. It has a bittersweet profile with an underlying bitter orange flavor, complemented by honey, quinine, and warm spices. It's currently one of my top choices for sipping neat. I'm eager to try it in an 8-Amaro Sazerac.
