Pot distilled with citrus and gentian root, colored by cochineal. A beautiful, clear red hue. Dry and less sweet than Campari, with a pleasant lingering bitterness. A suitable Campari alternative for classic cocktails.
I use it in place of Campari. It's good and slightly spicier and more bitter than Campari.
