About this bottle
Douglas Laing's limited edition Big Peat Fèis Ìle 2017 commemorates the Islay Festival of 2017. This blended malt combines single malts from Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila, and the now-closed Port Ellen distilleries on Islay. The whisky, which is not chill-filtered and has no added color, undergoes a sherry cask finish and is bottled at 48% ABV. The packaging features 300 photographs of Big Peat enthusiasts submitted through a social media competition earlier in the year. A total of 1600 bottles are available worldwide.
