The base for this gin is the brand's Big Gin London Dry Gin, which is then aged for 18 months in used McCarthy's Oregon Single Malt Whiskey casks. McCarthy's Oregon Single Malt Whiskey is distilled at Clear Creek Distilling, utilizing 100% Scottish peated malted barley and Oregon oak in its creation. Production was limited to only 46 cases, with distribution restricted to Captive Spirits tasting rooms and Hood River.
