About this bottle
Berkshire Mountain Distillery started releasing ten different bourbons finished in ten different beer-aged oak casks in 2014. This bourbon, launched in late spring 2014, was finished in an Ommegang Adoration ale cask, a Belgian-style winter ale with a 10% abv. The mash bill uses New England sourced grains: 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. It undergoes triple distillation in a copper pot still.
