On the nose, there's dark sugar with strong notes of overripe fruit (banana), prominent baking spices (reminiscent of pumpkin pie), and tanned leather. It's smooth, spicy, and sweet (but not excessively so), with vanilla, pipe tobacco, and a subtle leathery undertone. Smooth and enjoyable.
It resembles wheated bourbon but is more intense. Greater caramel sweetness and more impact. Medium body with excellent balance.
It has a slight bite, which I find agreeable.
Wouldn't purchase again. The finish is burning.

Aged for 4 years in a full barrel.
