Speyside, Scotland - The nose opens with caramel, lemonade, and green apples. The palate is nutty with flavors of cinnamon, Christmas cake, and raisins. Stewed fruits with lots of spice and toffee are revealed in the finish. Sip neat or with a drop of water.
