Batson River Langsford Road

This is a very good young bourbon. It has a pleasant cinnamon nose with a subtle hint of dill in the background. The flavor wasn't overly complex but was very drinkable with a mild to medium finish. I could enjoy sipping it all evening. I liked it.

Sweet and full, but perhaps it needs more malt character. It's a good pour and would function well as a mixer.

Smooth, not overpowering, exhibits some legs.
