About this bottle

Jeff Steichen and his wife Daleen own and manage Batch 206. This vodka is produced using locally sourced grain and mint from Washington. Pacific Northwest beet sugar is added for a subtle sweetness. The spirit is bottled at 100 proof.

Extremely minty! It resembles Dentyne. There's a slight sweetness and subtly a hint of chocolate. Nevertheless, the minty impact is somewhat harsh. It's too potent with too minty of a finish. I acknowledge its worth and craftsmanship as mint with alcohol and a touch of sweetness and chocolate, but its intensity makes it difficult to find a use for. The slight chocolate richness and sweetness on the finish are pleasant, but the overall impression is still very minty.
