Drinking it straight is too intense and unpleasant. It's a bit more palatable over a big ice cube. As the ice melts down, it approaches my preferred drinking temperature. Smell: Faint sweetness, caramel, and notes of berry. Taste: A moderately full body with dark fruit, caramel, and spice flavors. Aftertaste: A lengthy finish with caramel, spices, and dark berries.
