Kentucky- Batch 25 highlights the unique additions that secondary grains contribute to aged bourbon. Older corn-forward bourbons and younger wheated bourbons were layered with a selection of high-rye bourbons. The resulting blend is both citrusy and peppery, oaky and opulent.
