An elegant Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Regent Distillers, made with a mash bill containing less than 20% rye. It was aged for at least 5 years in Bardstown, Kentucky, then finished in Laird's Apple Brandy casks and bottled at 50% ABV. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of grain, wood, fruit, nuts, herbs, and spices; an elegant middle adds notes of caramel apple, brown sugar, and vanilla; leading to a slightly woody and warm conclusion of medium length with notes of walnut, nutmeg, and charred oak.
