Baltimore Spirits Company's Epoch Series includes this bourbon, their first. It is a wheated bourbon made with the same malted rye found in their Epoch Rye Whiskey. Aged for two years in American oak barrels from BSC, Epoch Bourbon is bottled at 100 proof and became available on July 17, 2021.
