About this bottle
This marks the fourth edition in the Baltimore Spirits Company's Baltamaro series, representing the first new bottling since the initial three were introduced in 2017. Volume 4 is infused with eighteen botanicals, including long pepper, chamomile, grapefruit, and gentian root, in the style of a bitter aperitif. Carmine powder from cochineal insects imparts a rosy color. It is bottled at 60% ABV and was released in August 2021.
