3 Howls Distillery derives its name from the legend of the Cù-Sìth, a giant hound said to guide souls to the underworld with three howls. This bourbon was produced in copper pot stills and is offered at 46% ABV.

Cinnamon and a talc-like scent are present in the aroma. It's like a fresh laundry scent sheet, but not overwhelming. Perhaps lavender is present? The taste isn't sweet, leading to a long, dry finish. Botanicals are definitely detectable.
A faint, light toffee aroma. The initial taste is a bit sour, like green apple. It slowly develops into a spicier caramel, as expected, offering a bit of a journey.
A sharp initial impression, followed by a sweet plastic taste in the middle, and a bite at the finish.
A bourbon with nice spice and a lengthy finish, offering a touch of vanilla sweetness.
Tastes very young. I won't be purchasing a bottle.
