About this bottle
Winter wheat from farmers near Canada's Western Rockies is the base for this vodka, which is then distilled there. It undergoes continuous distillation across three separate copper-plated column-stills. Although distilled in Canada, the vodka is diluted to proof in Northern California with water from Mendocino County. To maintain its flavor profile, the vodka is not carbon-filtered.
