ASW UNISON BOURBON

I can't identify the aroma, but it smells grainy with a slight sharpness on the nose. The texture is somewhat smooth, and the flavor is earthy, like grain. With 1 drop of water: The aroma is stronger than without water, and the texture is slightly smoother. With 2 drops: It tastes sweet this time.

Pleasant caramel, some orange peel, and baking spices. The wheat component is clearly noticeable, which is my preferred bourbon style. Good value for the cost.

Compared to other bourbons at a similar price, it lacked complexity and smoothness. I wasn't particularly fond of it, but others might enjoy it.

A respectable bourbon, generally quite sweet. It also had a mild maltiness I didn't anticipate.

Sweet, smooth with a mild burn at the end. Cherry aroma and a subtle cherry taste.
