Very complex. Lots of baking spice and caramel. There is also a good heat. The oils are very pronounced, leaving a long-lasting finish of caramelized apple. This will be a staple in my collection.
I'm typically a beer drinker but am starting to explore bourbons and whiskeys. This has an oaky and smoky aroma. It has some heat but also presents caramel notes. I find the taste to be complex.
A questionable selection. It has a distinctive flavor profile. I'm unsure about this lingering aftertaste, and I wish it weren't present. Furthermore, is it technically bourbon?
