A very appealing aroma! Reminiscent of a campfire on Islay. Burning piles of damp peat, milk chocolate, and crushed pink peppercorns. The palate is rich with peat and chocolate. Though, there are flashes of spearmint and smooth vanilla. I desire a bit more depth on the palate, but the nose is extremely enticing. Certainly one of their more successful peated varieties.
