Amrut Single Cask (Bottled 2013)

Nose: Cinnamon and Sherry, with hints of caramelized brown sugar and vanilla. Palate: Additional spices emerge, including clove and anise, giving it a very bourbon-like character. Some ripe fruit appears as it airs out. Finish: More clove and dry cinnamon, with touches of vanilla.
