About this bottle
Alfred GIRAUD French Malt Whiskies combine sourced French malt whiskies with their own grain-to-glass malts. The Harmonie expression starts with two unpeated French single malt distillates that have been matured in three cask types: extra-old cognac, new French Limousin oak, and American oak. This blended malt then spends additional time aging in extra-old cognac casks. Afterward, a lightly peated single malt is introduced before the blend is again placed in extra-old cognac casks for further maturation. It is bottled undiluted and without chill-filtration at 46.1% ABV.
