The tropical sweetness is dominant in this cask strength, ex-bourbon whisky. It's delicious, though I'm uncertain about its value for the price. The aroma is bright with notes of apple and honey. I even detect a whisper of EH Taylor on the nose. The palate is rich, featuring melon, tangerine, lemon, and other tropical fruits. A true delight.
