Kerri Anguiano 3.0

The aroma is dominated by butterscotch, with floral spearmint, bubblegum, and underlying hints of oak and vanilla. The taste is somewhat rich but doesn't spread extensively in the mouth. It eventually fills the mouth with butterscotch and bubblegum, creating a very interesting combination until a touch of oak and vanilla emerge. Strangely, it all works, although it might be an acquired preference. Given it's made with wheat, I'm uncertain if you'd be able to identify it. Perhaps with more time, it will all meld together better. The finish is short to medium and slightly chewy, with the flavors from the palate coming together and gently dissipating. If you can develop a taste for it, it's an enjoyable drink that shows potential with additional aging and possibly a higher proof.

Kinsley Escobar 3.3

The aroma is full of butterscotch. It's young yet drinks quite smoothly even at 88 proof. The finish is brief. I liked it, but it lacks depth.

Annamarie Lutz 1.5

It's not the worst whiskey I've encountered, but there's a strange taste that's almost like butyric acid, which I don't care for.
