1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon (barrel 146)

The aroma features pleasant fruit and honey. Some stone fruit notes come through on the palate, but there's also a noticeable harshness. The finish is astringent and leaves the mouth dry.

This is incredibly potent. It burns the palate. Adding water reveals corn sweetness and traditional bourbon characteristics. It's not to my liking.

Quite good, with a warming sensation rather than heat. Abundant oak and wood notes, along with vanilla, cinnamon, roasted walnuts, pecans, and the scent of caramel candies.

A strong caramel aroma, with caramel, spices, and a pleasant warming sensation upon swallowing.

A fiery Kentucky spirit fills my glass.
