Nose: charred peanut brittle, vanilla, a cereal note, maple syrup Palate: spice first sip, that mellows out into a brown sugar note, mid palate is more grain forward, not as sweet, not well balanced. That peanut brittle shows up on the back end with some herbal notes. Water brings out more of a rye palate but this will be revisited in several months

About this bottle
This 2025 Limited Edition bottling celebrates the 10th anniversary of Yellowstone's Limited Edition collection. It comprises a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, each aged for 10 years. For this release, Limestone Branch Distillery Founder & Master Distiller Stephen Beam and his team collaborated with the blending team at Ross & Squibb Distillery, selecting both Kentucky and Indiana bourbon barrels. Similar to the 2015 edition, this whiskey uses three distinct mash bills and is bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV). Just 10,000 three-bottle cases are slated for availability starting September 2025, with a suggested retail price of $99.99.
