Pleasant and sweet with a remarkably smooth finish. The way a bourbon should be enjoyed. It's complex with its flavor notes and a fantastic example of a perfect blend of aged spirits.

The whiskey is proofed to 49.5% ABV with pure limestone water from the Rosendale Mines, located 100 miles north of the Red Hook, Brooklyn distillery. Production was limited to 2,000 cases, with availability commencing in October 2022. The SRP is $250.

Sweet aroma, with the palate showing oak's aged character. A cherry finish. Fantastic whiskey! I initially thought the proof would be too much, but I was mistaken!
A fair rollercoaster of palate sophistication as one would hope from a $250 bottle.
Sweet maple and caramel, rich and indulgent.
When drunk straight: good.
