Mashbill: 65 Corn / 17 Rye / 18 Barley Nose: Cinnamon, cherry, malt, chocolate, and a hint of peanut butter. Palate: Cinnamon and brown sugar, with a long finish of sweet flavor. Overall: One of my favorite bourbons ever. Whiskey Thief is, in my opinion, the biggest hidden gem in the KY bourbon region.
