Sampling from a small bottle collection: For a dollar, a pickle aroma (from just 50 ml!) fills the air before even trying to smell the glass. (My partner looked up and asked, "What the hell!"). The scent is reminiscent of those huge pickle jars found in every old-timey bar across the country--salty, sour, and vegetal, with a touch of chemical preservative (no exaggeration here). But there's more to come, as your palate encounters a powerful wave of extremely alkaline pickle brine alongside hot red chili. That strong alkaline sensation made me gag, on both attempts (two sips were my limit). I had to verify the label, and sure enough, it features a pickle with a pepper crossed over it. So, this isn't just a single flavor from Missouri--it actually boasts two. The chili note could have redeemed it, but then there's the third flavor: the alkaline saltiness. Following that is a fourth: added artificial coloring... at no additional cost. It certainly lives up to the phrase on the container: "ONE STIFF PICKLE." And the total price, a mere dollar, plus tax.

It's not terrible, just not as good as I had hoped. It has a strong pickle aroma, but a mild pickle taste. Not much spice. It's fairly smooth. I'm eager to try everyone's suggestion of using it in a Bloody Mary!

Obtained a bottle. It's... curious. I enjoy picklebacks and thought this would be a convenient all-in-one. Instead, it reminds me of my grandfather's zesty pickled green beans. I appreciate it for the nostalgic connection.

I wasn't expecting much, but I couldn't resist buying a small bottle when I saw it. Smells like a pickle jar with Tabasco. Spicy peppers. It's not bad; it would be good in a Bloody Mary.

It evokes the scene where Yara attempts to save Theon, but he refuses to leave. She then ascends from the dungeon and satisfies him. That's the flavor profile.

Not cheesy like anticipated. The zesty pickle aroma is intense, but the actual taste is pleasing and mild, with only a touch of spice.
