Westland Black Raven Cask Exchange 2

Slightly reminds me of a certain winter bottling but is more approachable. It has a dark sweetness and a bit of a smoky intensity, more than what was initially suggested. It fades to a nice, albeit somewhat short, finish. UPDATED REVIEW: After spending more time with it, it's better than my first impression. With the addition of the absolutely delicious stout beer on the finish, it's a unique combination of flavors that has impressed everyone I've shared it with.

The stout aroma is definitely present. I was surprised by its smoothness. This is a quality bottle. While a bit pricey, it justifies the cost due to its unique character. I suggest trying this one.

Vanilla is certainly present. It's also intriguing because it has a stout-like character without tasting like beer itself. (If that makes any sense.)
