Weldon Mills Rockfish Whiskey

Remarkably, this spirit isn't classified as a flavored whiskey, yet it immediately captured my attention. The initial taste was buttery, followed by a funky character – but not in an unpleasant way! Overall, it's a rather smooth drink, as expected from an 80 proof spirit. While not a premium selection, it's enjoyable for occasional sipping.

Sweet caramel and butter, with the characteristic dryness of aged whiskey.
