Really unique. The aroma is chocolate and leather. The first sip is very hot at 62% but it opens up considerably as the ice melts! It stays chocolatey with a long, dry finish. I couldn't identify it at first, but then I realized it was like the dustiness of unsweetened hot chocolate powder. The last sip was better than the others. Truly one-of-a-kind and definitely something I'll try to always keep on hand!

Nose - Aromatic and fruity, with noticeable aging and sweet undertones. Palate - Musky, peppery, mildly sweet, with even hints of banana. Adding water enhances the heat. Aftertaste - Very smooth, reflecting its age, with earthy notes. I appreciate the flavor, but for around $100, there are superior options available.
Tastes like spoonfuls of black peppercorns, crushed candy canes, Bartlett pear skins, spent matchsticks, and a spiced rum-coconut undertone. A pretty good mix of flavors, and a nice kick at 117.4 proof!
It tasted good initially, but I regretted drinking it right after swallowing.
Creamy, with a subtle peach flavor for me. A solid bite and a spicy finish when neat.
It's a higher proof pour but has a good amount of flavor. Savor this one.
