Nose: Sweet, light caramel, artificial sweetener, rubber, hints of coffee or chocolate, and a strange citrus fruit. It's light and somewhat sweet, with a chemical taste. The aroma isn't good. Palate: Extremely viscous and syrupy, with overwhelming sweetness leaning towards artificial sweetener, confectioner's sugar, and maple syrup. There's some chocolate and maybe a faint coffee presence. It's excessively sweet, lacks a true coffee flavor, isn't very rich, tastes somewhat artificial, and leaves a mouth-coating confectioner's sugar sensation. It's simply bad. Finish: A roasted quality appears only at the end. There's significant confectioner's sugar chalkiness and artificial sweetener, though the sweetness fades. This offers a slight redemption. Compared to another spirit, this one is actually better. This isn't a complete failure, and I might even favor it over another mentioned flavor, but beyond its sweetness and viscosity, there's not much to recommend. I'm leaning towards a rating between 4 and 7, and I'm undecided. I'm considering a 6, but the chalky richness is unpleasant, and its lightness with chemical notes leads me to a 5.
