Urquhart Castle Blended Scotch Whisky

This is a commemorative blend from Longmore House. The nose presents violets and fresh hay, with a hint of creme brulee. It has a creamy texture. The flavor is not particularly distinctive, mainly offering a rather rich cereal and alcohol character. Adding water reveals a faint orange aroma on the nose.

It's rather abrupt and harsh, especially considering it's a 12-year-old.
