Trader Vic's Kona Coffee

A pure Kona coffee flavor, similar to Grind (which offers more of an Arabica Coffee taste), but less sugary and syrupy than Kahlua. It's sweeter than Grind (more molasses-like than sugar, unlike Grind), but nowhere near Kahlua's sweetness. If you enjoy the Revolver cocktail, I'd suggest using this when your base is a wheated whiskey. For a bourbon base, Grind or Mr Black are preferable to this. The reason is that the smoothness of the Kona complements a wheated whiskey's smoothness. However, the sweetness of this product might make a bourbon Revolver excessively sweet. This is why Grind or Mr Black would be better choices. It's not bad. The excellent Kona flavor is present throughout. The only downside is that it's unnecessarily and excessively sweetened.
