Three Ships 11YO WhiskyBrother (Cask Strength) Nose: Sherry, Peat, Subtle Floral. Taste: A touch oily on the palate. Fruity Sherry notes, with Raisins. The peat is quite present and grows as you drink it. Finish: Lingering, dry oak and peat with a bitter edge. I find the finish overly bitter, and this bitterness arrives so quickly that it significantly lowers my score.
