The aroma features caramelized sugar and toasted wood, smelling great. It's not highly complex for a whiskey, but quite intricate for a two-year-old spirit. I have high hopes for the future of 3 Floyds Distillery.
Wow... malt that's sweet and toasted, similar to marshmallows roasted over a fire. Despite being 100 proof and youthful, it drinks like something aged over a decade. Definitely grab it if you come across it.
Too young, but the quality of the making is evident.
