Talnua is an incredible Colorado distillery producing Irish-style whiskey. I had the opportunity to try the 2020 Olde Saints Keep and was fortunate enough to acquire a bottle of the 2021 Olde Saints Keep. The aroma is beautiful! Like a Christmas fruitcake with abundant fruit. The palate offers wonderful fig and plum notes with a touch of baking spice. I detect a lot of fig in the long finish. A very complex whiskey from such a new distillery!
