About this bottle
Still Austin's Tanager Cigar Blend (2025 Edition) is a limited-edition bourbon crafted entirely from Texas-grown grains: red, white, and blue corn, rye, and malted barley. The blend incorporates petites eaux, a method typically used in Cognac and Armagnac production where water is gradually added during maturation instead of solely at bottling. Six-year-old bourbons chosen by Master Blender Nancy Fraley and Master Distiller John Schrepel were partially diluted with pure Texas water to 50 proof, then aged an additional year before being rejoined with the base whiskey for final proofing. It will be available at the distillery and select retailers from December 6, 2025. (SRP $150)
