Still Austin Straight Oated Bourbon

A very distinctive nose with hints of vinegar and cream cheese. It drinks like a scotch, as the oats seem to enhance the small quantity of malted barley in the grain bill. It's sweet, creamy, and has a pleasing viscosity.

Quite nice, with a slow warmth as it goes down.
