A- Golden hue, thick texture. N- With a splash: a distinct earthy quality, citrus rinds, mandarin, nectar, crème brûlée, cocoa, oceanic notes, dried grapes, orchard fruits, wisps of smoke, blossoms, new growth. P- With water: an excellent peppery opening, mellow peat and smoke, decadent, substantial, slick, EARTHY, citrus, mandarins, unripe apples, nectar, crème brûlée, caramel chews, cocoa, salty tang, sea spray, marshland, damp wood. F- Lingering end, a sweet, fruit-forward, salty, woody finish. C- Absolutely fantastic!!!!

One of my favorite Springbank 12s! The palate is intricate, and the flavors are harmonious with a generous amount of dark fruit and Campbeltown character.
Robustly malty and smoky. It feels like a blend of highland and Islay styles without significant compromise.
Perhaps some apricot, maybe a hint of peach.
